Welcome to Workpiece. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Workpiece platform and services (the "Service") operated by Workpiece ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

4. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features that process your content to provide assistance. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs
  • AI features are provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Workpiece. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WORKPIECE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Workpiece and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
